Nancy's experience includes crisis and distress support with a trauma informed approach. Nancy uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), narrative and a solution focused techniques to support with symptoms of depression, anxiety and post-traumatic stress (PTSD). Nancy is currently supporting adults as well as children and youth from 7-18 years of age.

My approach to therapy is rooted in creating a safe and empathetic space where individuals can explore their unique paths to healing. This includes a combination of solution-focused, goal oriented and CBT techniques to help my clients achieve their goals. As a child of immigrant parents with Middle Eastern heritage, I bring a personal understanding of the nuanced dynamics that arise within diverse cultural contexts.

Jodi-Ann believes that mental wellness is a spectrum and that individuals have the skills and strength within them to grow and be the best version of themselves. She values being non-judgmental, empathetic, and genuine thereby creating a safe space for others journey in healing, self-care, and self-growth.
She follows these therapeutic approaches: client-centered therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy( ACT), mindfulness therapy, solution focused therapy, and narrative therapy.
Emma Boire

Emma studied early childhood education, and worked with children for 6 years as an early childhood educator. She has ample experience working with individuals with disabilities, ranging from autism to acquired and traumatic brain injury. Emma believes that obtaining mental wellness requires balance and self-reflection. She has a warm and approachable demeanor and can incorporate a variety of therapeutic interventions that are tailored to her client's needs. These include client-centered, solution focused, narrative therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy.
