Paige Leach
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
Paige holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, and is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). Her work focuses on supporting individuals navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, and patterns within their
relationships with themselves and others.
Paige’s therapeutic approach is grounded in Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) and a client-centred lens, recognizing that each individual brings their own unique experiences, strengths, and perspectives into the therapeutic space. She strives to create a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental environment where clients feel safe to explore their emotions, deepen their self-understanding, and develop more secure and fulfilling relationships.
Together, you can work toward building self-esteem, strengthening emotional awareness, and fostering a deeper connection with oneself and others.
