Jodi-Ann Stewart

Jodi-Ann received her an Honors in Bachelor of Arts HBA at Carleton University and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. She can provide support for those experiencing stress, anxiety, and depression.

 

Jodi-Ann believes that mental wellness is a spectrum and that individuals have the skills and strength within them to grow and be the best version of themselves. She values being non-judgmental, empathetic, and genuine thereby creating a safe space for others journey in healing, self-care, and self-growth. Jodi-Ann’s approach to therapy is to collaborate various elements to tailor the therapy that will suit an individual's needs for self-discovery.

 

She follows these therapeutic approaches: client-centered view therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy( ACT), mindfulness therapy, solution focused therapy, and narrative therapy.
