Sarah brings a warm, compassionate, and client-centred approach to therapy. She obtained her Master of Divinity in Clinical Counselling at Tyndale University and her Master& in International Relations at Brock University. Sarah's experience includes individual, couples, family, child, and youth therapy, with a trauma-informed, relationship-focused approach to healing, connection, and change. As a Certified Sex Therapy Informed Professional and Trauma Healing Facilitator, she supports clients working
through marital and family conflict, relationship struggles, work-related stress, depression and anxiety, PTSD, and questions of faith and spirituality.

She also has a strong background supporting young adults and students facing school-related anxiety, academic stress, self-esteem concerns, depression, and suicidal ideation. Sarah believes that growth and healing happen best in a safe, supportive environment where clients feel truly heard and valued, and that healing is possible for everyone when therapy meets
each person exactly where they are.

Her approach to therapy incorporates an integrative, client-centered foundation alongside trauma-informed, relationship-focused methods, tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.

Her experience has given her the tools to help clients build self-awareness, strengthen coping skills, and develop lasting resilience.
