Anisa Sulaiman

Anisa is a very dedicated professional within the mental health field. She has her master’s degree in counselling psychology from Golden Gate University in California. She has great experience working with children and families with neurodivergence as well as a handful of other
disabilities, like eating disorders, OCD, ASD, and ADHD.


Anisa’s practices when it comes to therapy and mental health are about healing and goal setting. She uses modalities such as CBT, DBT, Solution Focused Based Therapy, and ACT to help her clients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. Her therapeutic work focuses on both healing and empowerment. She incorporates evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy
(DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients set meaningful goals, build resilience, and improve their overall quality of life.

 

Anisa is passionate about creating a safe and inclusive space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported as they navigate life’s challenges.
